How do I submit an application?

How long does the application process take?

The typical application takes about 10 minutes to fill out and 1-3 business days to process. To learn more about the application process, click here.

What’s your rental criteria?

To rent one of our homes, every prospective tenant must meet our qualification standards (found here!), pass background a background check, pass a credit check, and provide information that can be validated such as proof of income. Click here to learn more.

Do you allow pets?

Yes, small dogs are allowed at most of our properties. Check with a property’s specific listing to find out for certain if a property allows pets.

Can I review my lease before signing?

Absolutely! Before signing a lease and moving in, you’ll have plenty of time to review your lease agreement, ask questions, and make necessary adjustments. You can also Click here to preview a sample lease agreement.

Can I pay rent online?

Yes! After a prospective tenant’s application has been approved, they will receive an email invitation from our system to join our Current Resident Portal. The invite allows new tenants to create an online account and offers the ability to access lease-related documents, pay rent online, set up auto-debited rent payments each month, and even submit maintenance requests. There are NO additional fees for any of these services and conveniences.

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the first day of each month. Payments can be scheduled at no additional cost using our Current Resident Portal to ensure payments are always on time and never missed.

Can I have my rent payment auto-drafted from my bank account?

Yes! After a prospective tenant’s application has been approved, they will receive an email invitation from our system to join our Current Resident Portal. The invite allows new tenants to create an online account and securely add their bank account information. Once the information has been validated, you can manually make payments online each month or set up “auto-draft.” No more checks. And NO fees.

Can my rent payments help me build credit?

Yes! Once you begin your lease, you’ll have the option to turn on “Rent Reporting” by logging into your Current Resident Portal. By turning on this feature, rent payments will be reported monthly to both Equifax and TransUnion.

Can I submit maintenance requests online?

Yes! Our Current Resident Portal allows residents to submit AND track maintenance requests 24/7. In just a few clicks, residents can submit maintenance tickets, upload photos of the issue, and even request certain times during the week for maintenance work to be completed. All maintenance requests are responded to within one business day! For urgent or emergency maintenance issues, residents are also always welcome to call or text us at (678) 590-5990.
